Top for a birds-eye view of Parque España. Being in the rooptop is a unique experience. Equiped with free, high-speed internet access and a complimentary self-serve brewing coffee and tea station, the roofstop has much to offer.
Remember the RoofTop is the only smoking area.

Other things to note
This is a brand new construction with a steel structure that gives it the strength and flexibility to withstand earthquakes. It recently withstood the really strong 7.1 earthquake on September 19th 2017. Sometimes when a heavy vehicle passes by, the street might vibrate and the house might sway in response. If you would like to use the Sofa-bed please let us know at least one day in advance and note that it has an extra charge of $600.00 pesos per night.
