There is a microwave in case you're in the mood for sunset and popcorn. You can always enjoy a fridge full of soft drinks and beer by Honor-bar system. Remember the RoofTop is the only smoking area.

This is Suite #3 of the 5 Boutique Lofts in this house located right in front of Park España.
A fully functional Loft, carefully curated with vintage original furnishings and all the comforts of a hotel, like regular housekeeping and laundry service, while experiencing the real life in the heart of La Condesa.
As you reach the first level up the stairs you will find the Suite to the front of the house with a private terrace facing the Park.
We offer free, fast and reliable internet throughout the whole place including the RoofTop. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a large flatscreen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. For your comfort there is a space-heater and a fan so you can come visit us any time of the year. For your peace of mind there is a safety box in the room. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove and all the basics to cook meals, brew coffee or tea.
For your conscience, this is an Eco-Friendly construction equipped with solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system.

Other things to note
This is a new construction with a steel structure that gives it the strength and flexibility to withstand earthquakes. It successfully withstood the really strong 7.1 earthquake on September 19th 2017. However, when a heavy vehicle drives by, the street might vibrate and it can sometimes be perceived.
If you would like to use the air mattress please let us know at least one day before and note that it has an extra charge of $600.00 pesos per night.
