This is Suite #1 of the 5 Boutique Lofts in this building located right in front of Park España.
A fully functional Loft, carefully curated with original vintage furnishings and all the comforts of a hotel, like regular housekeeping and laundry service, while experiencing the real life in the heart of La Condesa.
As you enter the inner security door you will find the Suite straight ahead.
We offer free, fast and reliable internet throughout the whole place including the RoofTop. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a large flatscreen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. For your comfort there is a space-heater and a fan so you can come visit us any time of the year. For your peace of mind there is a safety box in the apartment. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove and all the basics to cook meals, brew coffee or tea.

Other things to note

This is a brand new construction with a steel structure that gives it the strength and flexibility to withstand earthquakes. It recently withstood the really strong 7.1 earthquake on September 19th 2017. Sometimes when a heavy vehicle passes by, the street might vibrate and the house might sway in response.
